Still great to hear you tell, and it always feels so true. Somewhere I feel that it resonates with my feelings/cells.
As you also know, I have come a long way. But indeed I am still waiting for the solution that takes away the repetition. Confrontation become smaller? But a lot of work at cell level, Also level 1 and 2

This sounds familiar Janosh, after working in healthcare for years I know that people hold on to their trauma and illness because it is familiar territory for them, they hold on to it.
I myself have experienced a healing through a mantra several times.
