I am aware that the body has a healing capacity. I have also trusted it. Until I got a chronic illness. But this did not want to heal. And understandable because I am also often stressed. And as you have explained it, it is even more understandable. I am going for the deep healing!

I hope for this method. Yesterday I thought I would follow a therapy. I am 85 years old and lived the first 5 years in fear. Bombardments, house searches by the Germans, etc. etc. All that is stored in my cells. That is only now coming up. Hope this method helps Janosh.!!

Very nice, I myself have been aware for a long time that you can communicate with all your body cells and everything in your body. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have experienced healing sessions like bio resonance. And it feels like a reset For a while old patterns were erased and my body feels free and purified. Bur after a while the old pains and ailments resurface again. . Then l got the insight that you also have to heal the emotional disturbances. But how?

I find it all very interesting, but I have many doubts that it is true and can actually work for me. I have been doing the Self Healing Activation for the past few days, but have not experienced a (very small) positive change. But, I will not give up yet.........
